We do not use website-enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.

Password tools
Our password generator obtains a candidate password from a third-party generation service and passes it through our website to your browser. Yes Computers Ltd does not log or store generated passwords. Before a generated password is provided, and when you choose to check an existing password, your browser creates a one-way digital fingerprint. Only the first five characters of that fingerprint are submitted for comparison with known breach data; the complete password is not sent to the breach-checking service.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to deal with queries or disputes and to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to further work are reviewed and removed when they are no longer required. Records connected with purchases or services may be retained for longer where required for business and legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not submit passwords, PINs or other highly sensitive credentials through the website form.
Your rights
