What a cracking pair of blokes😊 I went in with a network enquiry. I was stuck "doing it myself" 😂 Jay and Lucas patiently took me me through what was happening and analysed the situation. Lucas suggested I could sort it myself with a £30 piece of kit from Amazon!!! It arrived tonight and within half an hour I was sorted 👍 Total cost: £30 They could have bamboozled me with jargon and took a thousand pounds out of my wallet to "fix the problem"...but no...they were honest, sincere and professional. I may be old fashioned but my own business has ran successfully for 40yrs on the same principle. I shall refer them to everyone. They deserve it 👏👏👏👏👏

A 5 star service from me. Although it took a few for it to be repaired they absolutely managed to fix the issue and give a good diagnosis of it. My laptop is working brilliantly now even using it to write this review But where they shine is customer service. Absolutely splendid and friendly staff who really do want to help you out and engage with the customer perfectly. They make it worth coming here to get your tech repaired absolutely amazing staff. They know their stuff and willing to explain it to the customers in ways they can understand. Well done! All in all I am happy with this review and the work they have done for my laptop. Hope others have the same experience.

Brilliant service at YES Computers. Took my gaming PC in as wouldn't boot and when I did get it work it just switched off, so I contacted the only computer shop I know about, as I've lived in Stourbridge most of my life. Dropped them an email late at night and James responded the next morning, so I dropped my PC in later that day. Very honest about the repair time, talked through what it could be etc. Put my mind at rest assuring me that they'd get it working and they did as promised about one week later. Price was very reasonable too. Over all very happy. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, absolutely awesome service.

I've used YES Computers previously so when the hard drive on my laptop failed, based on previous experience it was the obvious place to get the issue resolved.
